Yeah, I'm with you 100% on that, back when I first started collecting in the 90s I was all about quantity, I ended up buying two shoes One sail than one that I liked better, but was full price.

These days I only buy a few pairs a year, but they're shoes I'm gonna be super happy to have in another 5 years. After the royals and the atmos max drop, I'm done for the year.

Gina save all my money for fragments, the velvet breds and, if they drop, the velvet royals. I'd rather have 1 quality shoe a year than 20 that I dig just for the novelty.
 
came in to say i am disappointed in what we got for this collab. wanted to wait to post here till i saw pics but yeah hopefully y'all that want them can cop

I don't care what y'all say, these are atrocious! What makes them even worse though, is the shape. I guess we'll never get that OG/99 shape again. With the recent Air Max 1's though, I still have hope.​

Better pray these dont follow the same path all KAWS products go. Peep authentic KAWS products on ebay. 
 
I'm just glad they weren't those Royalty looking 4s that leaked earlier. Wondering what the box is gonna look like. I don't think $350 is bad considering them pinnacles are $400. But that was probably JBs whole jedi mind trick. Wonder if there is another colorway hidden.
 
Listen guys, don't jump down my throat. I am a Jordan 4 collector specifically so these KAWS 4's are a no brainer for me. With that being said, I have very lil' knowledge about KAWS. So with only 2000 pairs, a KAWS collab, and retail being $350, what would be an EDUCATED guess at resell price? And for those wondering, no, I'm not reselling these. I'm sure I won't have access to them here in Cleveland. I'm trying to get an understanding of how much I'ma have to spend and should I still be copping other shoes or should I focus on getting these. I'm not going over $2000 for a pair so if you guys say "They'll be worth about $1000, no more than that" then I'm going to try and cop these '05 Laser 4's that just popped up outta nowhere that I desperately need...

It all depends on if the die hard KAWS fans are gonna hop on them and how Jordan releases them. KAWS collectors will pay anything for limited stuff.

I really want a personal pair but I know my chances are extremely low if that 2k pairs rumor is true. I would expect it to be online only or a KAWS popup release if thats the case.

Man, that sucks for me SMH. The collab not only brings out the hypebeasts but also the genuine KAWS fans which slashes my chances even more...

I can actually see resell being no less than $1.5k just because of the cult following that Kaws has. Hell, these and very well end up at Solar Red Yeezy 2 prices shortly after the release.

Hated NEXT for that back in the day. I always assumed Xhibition would be a little better because of its high profile but I guess not.

I wouldnt pay anybody for preorders but you can kinda see how the resell market will be with these
