After this ..can we please get the og chi 2s jordan brand!? With the slanted toe box and no red piping on the side

Because we don't think it's crap.

No I'm being serious why do people like this

It's a classic shoe in the two OG color ways but this I don't understand the hype
These are beyond a lifestyle shoe for me as a long time buyer I feel Nike can't come up with any ideas
Yeah it's something new but I feel it's killing the Legacy of the Jordan 2's

Also what does deacon mean with a Jordan shoe

If this was a GR no one would touch it

1) Nobody needs to explain their tastes to you, so you can stop pestering the thread. Don't like 'em? Point taken. Now move along.

2) Based on the fact this thread has all of a whopping 63 posts, I'd say there is no "hype" on these.

3) Apparently you missed the "Decon" (short for "De-con-struc-ted") AJ1s, which were similar, but canvas instead of suede.

4) What leads you ro believe they're not a GR??? The Deconstructed 1s were, and are now attainable for

Bordeauxes/Maroons/Burgundys/Whatevers look beautiful in that picture up there. Really don't want to spend $160 on them though.

I'm not a fan of trying to overexplain subjective matters. Everything you may find unappealing is someone else's favorite part. It can really just be that simple.

But since you're not trolling, I'll dive a little deeper, speaking for myself.

I'm a fan of this silhouette when done properly (sleek toeboxes), and think that these three monochrome colorways look nice on it.

"Decons" as far as Jordans are concerned so far...

is the practice of taking the padded, structured, multi-materialed uppers of the original models and replacing them with thin, more casual, single material versions.

With the Jordan Is (pics on the first page), they did a single piece canvas upper with stitching throughout it to imitate the design and an extra piece of canvas on the heel to add a little reinforcement/structure. Reminiscent of Converses.

With these Decon IIs (as far as these 3 pairs are concerned, we know of two more supposed colorways that may be of a different construction), they're using cuts of suede with just enough overlays to give the upper the same level of design that the normal model has. Both models have been set on top of their regular soles.

I don't know where you've seen hype so I can't really speak on that, but this thread has had roughly 3 pages of content over almost half a year so I think it's safe to say that any repeat posters in here are truly interested in these.

As for the last sentence, maybe. We don't know that they aren't a GR, but they probably aren't. Does that really matter though?

Thanks you for your response sir
Me personally I can't see this being a big seller if it was a GR it would be like the hundreds and hundreds of Jordan 1's that release throughout the years with the jumpman on the tongue that end up outlet bound

Maybe I'm wrong I've been wrong in the past

Good luck on getting your pairs Gordonson

Ok, "legitimate reseller," you're not pestering at all... and be sure to stay classy.

No doubt.

Honestly, a shoe selling well benefits me very little (I want to say that it doesn't at all, but I do understand how sales numbers can affect a company's behaviors) so I'd love for things to play out like that.

Remember me if you see these collecting dust at one of the mom & pop joints you frequent in a couple of months and they just want their shelf space back

Back on track, release date is now June 15, correct? Any way to fix the thread title?

Appreciate this update.

BabyJs will probably get on it when he finds time away from new baby duties.

Yellow and Bordeaux pair catyny eye. And the only reason cuz is confused is because everyone isn't bashing these just because they are 2s like he's probably used to. 2s hate never made sense to me because there have been some pretty decent colorways including the OG. I know there's subjective opinions, but I'm not buying the idea that everyone genuinely hates the 2s

Anyone here from the south?

Have some info from frankcooker

Ny not getting shiii again [emoji]128553[/emoji]
