This is true, but if you about that life, you say "screw that!"

All this does is give contractors the right to rape your pockets, since I live in a coop while doing my kitchen I had to hire a plumber to disconnect my **** stove, my valve was old as hell and didn't want to risk snapping it, I ended up paying a plumber 600$ to come and disconnect that *** and replace a valve, took him 20 minutes and all I could do was bend over and take it.

If u have enough money to build a house (by yourself) which is actually very possible if you have access to the tools....u probably have enough to buy a house.

You need two adult people to build some of the furniture from IKEA just to not have some random **** fall on your head because you were trying to balance it yourself but this lady built a house with some kids.

I built a patio deck, framed houses, did some electrical work, knocked walls down, re did kitchens and aint no way i can watch some ***** on the tube break it down for me and Act it out.

What the broad do for a living? How she afford all the tools?
