i have a pair of ds 11s.. i would never take the insoles out. are they ds??

Pair looks legit.. nothing wrong with taking the insole out

It's not a problem taking the insoles out of a DS pair of 11's.
The insoles on the 11 Bred's are not glued down.

Ok I compared the insoles on two of my DS pairs.
While the numbers don't match exactly and some lines of numbers are in different order, I think they are ok.
I compared them to a sz 13 and a size 14 so I didn't expect an exact match because of the different sizes.
Both of my pairs have a 8 digit red stamp (perhaps quality stamp or product/date code) in the bottom of the right hand shoe.
It's only visible when the insoles are removed.
Mine also had white stitching under the insole.

I carefully reviewed the photos supplied and I didn't see anything unusual.
The only minor difference was the lace tips on your pair. Your's do not show much white while my DS pairs show a lot of white.
I could not tell you if this is anything to be concerned with, but there is a difference.
UPDATE:
I just took a couple of photos of the lace tips at different angles and I discovered that depending on the angle they either show up as bright white
or not so white.
Consequently, I think it's a non-issue.

Every pair of shoes has differences tho that's normal
