Kendrick Lamar: To Pimp a Butterfly (2015)

A shift in sound from the classic Good Kid Maad City and I loved every second of it. The jazz and soul in this album was appreciated and I know some people don't consider a classic but IMO it is.

Kendrick is the best of the modern rappers. J Cole and Migos are the others I really like. Although Migos have a simple style they are very lyrical.

The current rappers I have on my big board are Schoolboy Q, Chance,Childish Gambino, ASAP Rocky and Tyler with an honorable mention. The albums I have in mind for them though i'm thinking will drop to UDFA for me.
