Help!! girl who knows NOTHING about Jordans.

Hi! Thanks for your help! I bought these for the guy that I am seeing. I bought them on eBay which I probably shouldn't have done. They were priced like they were real[emoji]128563[/emoji] Are they? The thing that makes me very, very nervous is that the black writing on the extra lace bag was flaking off and is all over the box. There's also a little bit of glue on one of the loop things that the laces go into. I called Nike and they told me that these things happen and that the little checkerboard part won't necessarily be the same on both sneakers, I figured you guys would probably know better than Nike. Also, if they are fakes is there somewhere I can go to have them authenticated, because that is what eBay told me that I would have to do that, if I wanted to file a counterfeit complaint. I also don't want to impune the seller's reputation if I'm wrong. I'm sure you're sick of doing this, but can you help a girl out? Sorry, it only posted one of the pictures that I uploaded. I will add more. I called Nike and they told me to check the style number in the white tag inside and it matched, but having read through this forum the lace bag on the wrong side concerns me. I'm very sorry to let you know that these are fakes.

• insole stiching is wrong
• Extra lace bag should be attached to the arch side of the shoes
• suede doesn't appear to be high quality
• bottom sole color seems off
• quality stamp (when insole removed) appears too large, Nike doesn't use such large a font size
• lettering should not come off the lace bag

Unfortunately, this particular sneaker is heavily counterfeited with many, high quality fakes on Ebay.
Be very cautious with this sneaker.

My suggestion is to try GOAT, it's a mobile only app, they have a very stringent authentication process. Your best chance of getting a legit pair is from them. If you want to stay with Ebay, try to find someone with an original store receipt and legit check them here again before purchasing.
