Some NT fam,

I recently got offered a position today but I also have two more interviews next week that I want to consider... what's the best way to ask when I have to make my decision by without sounding uninterested??? Having a hard time with this one...

Any help is appreciated.

Accept the offer and by the time you actually start your two other interviews will be done.

In any case, you can work there for a week and dip by saying you got hired at such and such with better salary / vacation or whatever. Either they offer you the same thing to keep you or they let you walk. Win-win.

Most Companies don't care about their employee anymore and treat them like numbers, why should you care about them?

Saying you want to wait is going to pass as a sign of being uninterested anyway you say it.

Dear future Employer,

Thank you very much for offering me the position of _________________ at _________________. The opportunity looks very interesting, and I am sure that I would find the position fascinating.

Before I make a final decision, I would like the opportunity to review __________________ regarding _________________________________

Thank you for your consideration.

Respectfully Yours,

I would just tell the truth:

"Thank you so much for this opportunity. I'm currently exploring all my options and I can give you a definite answer by X (insert date here). Thanks for your time."

If you get offered another position with better benefits or pay, leverage them against each other.

Thanks for the response guys. I'm just worried that they'll withdraw their offer... how common is that???

It happens.

I've been in the spot and what I did was accept offer A, and when I got offer B I quit job A.

The situation isn't exactly identical because offer A was a promotion and a department change rather than a flat out new company but still.

Accept the offer don't ask for more time..unless ur start date coincides with your upcoming interviews..

Accept the offer. Tell them you can't start until ____.

Go to the other two interviews in the interim period. There's no guarantee that you'll be given an offer for those other jobs. But if one of them pans out, you can quit and take the better position.

What are you doing for work now fam? Weren't you a PO at one point? I have an opportunity to go back to the Parole job I was laid off from in 2015 but a different assignment I don't know much about. I was able to talk my way into a closer assignment, but not what I had and loved in 2014-2015.

Current employer (completely different field) likes me and doesn't want to see me go, so I'm pretty torn. Any advice? I told them I'm coming back, my current employer is cool with whatever choice I make but I have to make a final decision soon, like less than a week.
