I used to frequently come into this thread but I don't check as frequently as I used to but from the comments I'm reading it's seems as if people are saying the outlets no longer take phone orders... Or is it only the clearance stores?

Was in an adidas outlet yesterday, specifically asked if they had any return/transfer NMDs or ultraboost in the back. They had a pair of NMDs and a pair of Ultraboosts, that's when I asked them if they were running any sales. He said, "we're having a 30% off pretty much the entire store". I asked if it would apply to the NMD/Ultraboost returns and he said yeah.

Still probably best to confirm with your local outlet though

Likely not at least the outlets by me. Any NMD or ultra boosts are always kept at register and they are sold for retail.
