If you see a guy beating up his girl, would you step in?

Me and my boys put the cape on once for a girl we got kicked out of the bar with no thank you so from now it's mind my own unless it's an extreme situation we're someone could get severely hurt.
 
You can't be judging and feeling some type of way if you see ppl fighting and just stand and watch. You not better than ppl recording it.

True story. Me and my boy were sitting on his porch and this couple got out of the car and were fighting(I mean swinging like boxers) Some guy ran out of a house to stop it. They both beat him and ran inside their house til the police came.
 
Such a slippery slope. I wanna do the the right thing, but you never know these days. I might get murked for "not minding my businessness"

Shorty will testify that it was justified too. I know someone who got killed fighting over his jump off. Shorty testified that his murder was self defense and the killer got off scotch free.

only if it was bad, because yea not worth it...

like if buddy is kicking or punching her while shes down, but even them imma make a calculated play to keep me outta harms way
 
Depends on the situation. If I'm out on the streets I would probably call the police and watch from a safe distance.
If I know those two though and they know me, I would intervene.

Happened in my "nice" neighborhood right after Thanksgiving:

I was had just got back to VA from driving back from Vegas/AZ and I'm getting ready to go to a morning Yoga class. I see a guy and younger girl pushing/arguing in the vacant field where I play kickball/football/etc. with the neighborhood kids. I watched for a few moments to discern if they were joking or not and coming from the cities I've lived in...I've always minded my business and been able to navigate some of the worst neighborhoods or sectors with that approach of just doing me and being places for the right reasons, even bad places.

I had my headphones in and was riding around the field checking my breaks and listening to see if they were playing around or this was something serious. Once I saw him corner her and get on top of here and start choking this young girl, I walked up and told him to choke me like that. This coward piece of trash turns out to be the Uncle of one of the kids I play with/watch in the neighborhood. He thought that connection would have me cosign what he was doing....The girl flees and thanks me on the way to her car and speeds off. Dude is crying saying that his relationship is over now...blah blah blah.

Told him if I see him outside again in front of my crib....beating his face in and tried to drop knowledge on his weak a**.

Don't put your hands on a woman like that....
Especially not in public in a rich town filled with white people...
Her dad probably going to come kill you...

It also depends on the chick. Call it messed up, stereotyping or whatever but if the chick looks like the type that'll come back to a man after exhibiting his hooliganism then I'd look the other way but if she looks the type that's had enough then I'm putting my Bruce Wayne on.
