Jim Jones interview w/ Funk flex, spills guts + Cam Response

Seems like Cam had the "I'm the boss" complex. Didn't want the guys he brought it to surpass him in any type of way :smh:

I never understood how people questioned Jim's loyalty with the 50 thing. Every situation Cam got in Jim was right there going harder then him at whoever. At some point you get tired of playing the goon role.

Crazy what one interview can do.

The blacking out on IG is a bad look but Jim is a smart dude and he can articulate himself well (even if he isn't always articulate).

Was good to legit get his perspective on everything.

Great interview by Jim

Always thought the friendship and team dynamic been different since 2006

Also with Cam think you could see that he get's tired with stuff or even people and move on

Can't call that jealousy when he still did gave more opportunity for others than most Rappers ever did

Not putting Jim in that category at all tho

Jim my dawg but we not all bout to turn on Cam off the strength of one interview...Last month or whenever Cam was on Angie we was doing the opposite...3 sides to a story..Dope interview though

:smh: @ Jim Jones getting effed outta Da Love & Hip-hop paperwork.

I remember him being followed around that ballin era with cameras kicking around da reality TV show idea....

Yeah I remember that too. People kept saying Jim got a show coming soon then it just went away.

it didn't go away, it just became love & hip-hop...and unfortunately for him, he became a victim of his own idea's success.

let's put like this.

Capcom Started da VS series with Just da X-men Children of da atom...

Imagine we're about to see Marvel VS Capcom 4 and da possiblity of no X-Men characters was a real deal.

"Love & Hip-hop" as a brand became bigger than anyone one rapper or rapper's wife/sidepiece/baby mama...

So Jim Jones became expendable, da guy that created da show....sucks but it is what it is.

True. Cats did the same **** when Meek did his interview w/ Tax, Everybody was team Beans then Meek did his interview and cats was talking about Beans looking funny.

****** ain't give these cats diplomats startup money, no need to take sides. I'd say we need a Juelz interview, but he's loyal to both of them, so I don't think he'd want to get in the middle.

Juelz da most politically correct outta all of em so u not really gonna hear him say a word...them old freeky Zeke interviews were good.

This is true. Jim has done ****** up **** in the past too. Will never forget what went down with SAS

Not gonna let one interview skew the fact that evidence has shown that Jim has been mad shady in the past (Max, Jha Jha, Hell Rell, SAS, etc) like the list goes on. Only Dipset member who ever had an issue with Cam was Juelz, and even that was because Juelz was trying to finesse his way out of his contract with Cam. Even with Vado, you'll never hear him say Cam did him dirty. There's more evidence to show that Jim is not as loyal as he claim to be. How come JIm didn't bring the energy he had with Nas and Mase to the G-unit situation? I'll tell you why, it's because 50 was the biggst thing in music at the time and Jim was trying to get a look for his upcoming album at the time. Also, ever since their rift went public back in the day, Cam never went out his way to address it, the most he would say is "I own dipset" or "I wish Jim the best in his career", Cam didn't address the beef publicly until Jim went out his way sneak dissing in IG comments.

Sidebar: Although Cam is my dude, I always felt some type of way seeing him sprint out of Rucker in that Magic's jersey/Timbs fit while Junior Mafia goons were treating Jim like a punching bag.:smh:

Politically correct because he literally has nothing going for him at the moment, he pulled some shady stuff in the past too that's why Cam wiped his hands clean of him the last decade. Good to see they patched things up though.

You mean to tell me you wouldn't be petty too if your so-called childhood friend is hopping in upcoming rapper's IG comments talking bout "DId Cam tell you he going around telling people you not from Harlem?" or hopping on stage with a dude he just went at for coming at you sideways?

Refresh my memory kind sir.

Y'all do know, you don't need to take "sides".

Was just good to hear Jim talk about the lawyer situation. And the show **** was crazy.

But like I said, blacking out on IG the way he does is no good. And he got his own business dirt as well.

Very few angels in this world "at the end of the day".

It seemed like back in 06 Cam wasn't really cool with Jim taking off like that. We'll never know why.

I'm a big fan of both though and the interview was dope. It was cool hearing some back stories and stuff. Juelz not allowed to go out for a trash verse is funny. All of them battling with 16s at the end of the night was cool. Jim always gets a little too emotional and always seemed like he believed his own hype a little too much at times.

I don't know anything about his beef with French. I was dying when he said Ask Puffy about me! Then when he said his Uncle coming home and he got him a construction job, I was weak.

I thought Jim's debut album was T R A S H. I hated that ****** album. Maybe I'll go back and check it out soon. Harlem though, damn. That album is great. Surprised the hell out of me. POME was hard too. Then I think that Prey IV Reign joint dropped and it was trash. Then it seemed like he was trying to put out too much music and it was quantity instead of quality. Probably should have fell back and relaxed a little with the music.
