Preordering from Kicks Crew

I know that the site is legit. I placed preorder and normally on otherother sites the money gets taken out instantly but not for this site. I checked order history and my account but my order doesn't show up. I can't tell whether I really bought the preordered item or if it never went through. Is this normal? If it is when will the money be taken out?

No idea on your preorder but they're definitely legit sellers. I'd contact them to make you actually placed the order. They'll get back eventually but not quickly. Remember they're on Hong Kong time.
I've order from them a bunch over many years and never had any major problems.
