Actually never been to Chando's. Any comparisons to SD Mexican food?

Only thing that's comparable is oscars very Mexican food. I've only had their burritos though. Guac, pico de gallo, cheese and choice of meat

But Chando's is good too

Their salsa bar is top notch too

If your looking for just tacos and burritos, Chando's is the spot. Their downtown location has more of a restaurant menu, but it's pricey.

man oscars used to be really good. Had it for the first time around 2002 and it was great til around 2009. Their quality went down. Their green sauce used so good and hot. Now, not soo much. Now, I go there once in a while for their #23 but I usually avoid that place from 2:30 - 4.

Can't wait to go back to Boston this Friday to grub. I've been missing the Jamaican, Cuban, Dominican, PR type of food

Are there any decent spots for Jamaican food in Norcal? I don't mind traveling for food. That is what i've been doing the last year or so

I've only been to Oscars once and wasn't happy at all with it.... maybe I'll give it a shot again sometime
