Footlocker

Hey im about to get a job at kids footlocker. Im excited because i needed a job, but not excited because i wanted to work at the normal footlocker. Why? Because my friend who ised to work their said employees get dibs on certain releases. Theres a normal footlocker close by on the same leval of the mall. If i wanted a certain release could i just ask of they hold me a pair bc i work at kids footlocker or does it not work that way.
