Nas flow normally garbage tho always been about what he says. Same for this diss track, of course flow is trash because Remy flow always been trash imo just what she be saying.

I think she's always pretty much rapped over songs geared towards her

but she's not like Pun or even Fat Joe where they can rap over anything, switch up their style and make it theirs. Nicki can do that.

This song sounded like she laid the lyrics and then they went back and laid the Ether instrumental over it.
 
This was mad disrespectful and I love it. Straight cut throat, this is what I'm here for. So many quotes. Her flow was off but her flow been off since she came home and she was trying to use the Ether flow but the content made up for it.


Nicki been sending shots, guess the Gucci Mane song was the last straw.

Funny thing is I feel like she was on beat on her first album. They prolly made all the beats specifically for her cadence.

P.S. The singles of that joint were fuego.
 
Not saying Rem cant spit, but I when she was saying all that "Nick" wordplay, imagine Paps voice and
it sounds like typical Pap.

Wonder if Nikki get Wayne or Mr. Back2back help...

Rem's only album was great, I played the hell out of it. In my top 5 for female rappers. Bought it that week and it had so much fire on it. Singles were stupid too.

Remy and Nick been throwing shots back and forth since she came home. I don't like that they denied it but they've been dissing each other. I'm just happy someone went for the neck finally.

Def Jam wouldn't clear Ne-Yo to do the video so they scrapped the single and the album didn't do as well as expected. Whatever and Conceited were ****** hard. That album was no joke son.

2) Probably should've used an original beat. Ether beat, classic as it is, is old and sounds dated.
3) When will these 'old school style' rappers get it? You can't come with those late nineties/early thousands style rhyme-fest disses against these A-Listers in this New Age. It won't have any impact! If Remi's just doing this for herself and for 'real hip hop'– that's cool! But if she's trying to cause Nicki her fanbase and take the [popularity] crown... not gonna happen. Ever since the huge success of 'Back To Back' and no one caring about the Quentin Miller ghostwriting revelations, it should've become painfully clear the battle landscape [and rap in general] has changed big time since Jay/Nas! 
4) Though I think Nicki will respond, she doesn't have to. She can ignore this just like Drake ignored Budden and just keep it moving if she wants with no consequences. 
5) Only way this beef turns into a potentially harmful one to Nicki's throne is if Remi can deliver real proof of some of the super-scathing **** she verbally exposed. For example: A sex tape showing Nicki f-ing Wayne. THAT's the kind of ether you need in 2017. "
