Anyone win the YCMC raffle? Never bought from them before. You guys get any shipping info? I have nothing as of now. Just wondering what's their deal of shipping speed. Nothing on My UPS.

Here's an interesting shipping find..

I managed to get 2 pairs from ADC. On one pair I got expedited shipping, and the other I just went with the standard since I wasn't logged in. Fedex is showing that both pairs will arrive on the same day.

Prices are gonna get lower come this weekend so if anyone is thinking of buying now would be the time!!! Remember what happen to the belugas! Now people are paying a lot for them.

That makes zero sense. If that was true, everyone would get the tracking numbers at the same time (Label Created), but we don't. Hate to break it to you but warehouses still work over the weekend shipping orders, but instead of the carriers picking them up, they store them where they are ready to leave the warehouse at any given moment.
Shipping labels are made the second a worker holds the box and the computer prints out the label so they stick it on the box. At this point, the carrier knows the information of the buyer and the weight and the supplier. IF the buyer has MyChoice (UPS) or Shipping Manager (FedEx), they are able to see that they have a package in the system under their name and address.

Label created means your order is packed and taped and is either waiting by the gate for a carrier to come and pick the pallets up or in transit to the carriers site, where theres a wait until a worker there scans it and tosses it down the line.

Hate to break it to you do dude but I don't think u know what you're talking about. Weight and dimensions are already preloaded into their system before order loads are processed. I.E. they don't need a warehouse worker to create the label manually. You know how Fing long that would take?

I'm sure you work on the floor of a distribution center so you think you know what you're talking about, but you clearly don't know how the processes involved lol.

And people got tracking and label created at different times over the weekend because they were running order loads all weekend to avoid overloading the system. Can't run 36k+ orders through the system at once obviously.

No offense and not to sound like a snob but I deal with this every do and know the process it takes when orders are created. I work pretty closesly with IT and CS on label creation and tracking orders and I can tell you for every small package (UPS and FEDEX ground), tracking and shipping labels are created well before it reaches the warehouse floor.

These things are done automatically. But whatever dude think what u want just telling u what I see every day.

Lol my pair I order online is getting here before the pair my girl ordered and we did it at the same time. I think it goes by order number. Or maybe it was because she send it to her mothers house [emoji]129300[/emoji][emoji]129300[/emoji]

YS doesnt care about multiple orders with same card/addy. Just got shipping for all pairs.
yes they do

There were a couple people here that already report having multi orders cancelled after being placed

Anyone else scheduled to have adc delivered today but showing FedEx status still on label created?

Second sentence made no sense. There is NO priority queue. Label created does mean it has be stamped onto the box by an employee. You cannot create a label until you know the final weight of the package, so "negative" to you there. Working at UPS has no connections to a warehouse that have numerous items to fetch. UPS warehouses are already organized and not much need of human interactions.
My statement is right, there's no mystery to it. Go research it yourself.

Need credentials?
Worked at Amazon Fulfillment Center as a HR specialist for outbound
Interned at Adidas Warehouse during the Summer. My project was to continue the research of solving the problem of directed paths for higher efficiency and lower runtime costs from different node basis. This is still difficult to prove due to the changing locations of each node and the probability of each path occuring again and again.

Very similar to the Traveling Salesman Problem that all Computer Science and Computer Engineer students will have to learn and comprehend even if there isn't a solution right now. Hell, if you figure out how to solve these type of problems, UPS and FedEx wants to hear from you.

Not all companies have the save structure as others. As for the working intern at ups. We would send supplies to other facilities at times and create labels without pulling the items, had the same structure for the other company as well. Our database had items that had dimensions and weight injected to make process easier. It's like selling a pair of sneakers, you can create a label on usps print it out and not ship it.

I learned my lesson last time:

Different names/cards/addresses this time:

Err on the side of caution.

Wonder if that SNS restock was legit, couple dudes just posted order confirmations but there's always a chance of cancellation.

Anyway, UPS MyChoice indicates that all my pairs (3 footsites, 1 YS) arrive Friday, so I'm a bit anxious to get the week over with. :smokin
