That happen to me with royals, the back of the shoe had a mark, goat gave me the option to discount, I sent a discount of 5% buyer denied, my other choice was to take back the shoes or put it on consignment, I put it on consignment and it sold couple days after

only thing is the size you want could possibly be gone after waiting a week after the initial call. swapping sizes can be a pain

but you have no control over that tho. If anything, the sizes that are left are the uncommon sizes that actually go for some money so it would be easier to sell/buy or trade for your size.
