  FC has been selling multiple pairs a day at $600 and now someone is letting them go for retail basically.

Sneakerheads like me, wear and keep unworn some of my shoes. I do appreciate that some goes up in value and if i can afford i pay resell price for highly coveted pieces. (which i did) However if i agree to pay resell price for collecting a great pair i expect major brands to never release them again and play the fair game. Since adidas is re-releasing the most limited pair of V2 so far, i will from now on, sell all my ultra limited pairs and-never pay resell on highly sought after pairs. If people follow this logic, prices will go down on the general resell market, and hype will go down too. Once hype is gone, it's harder to get it back.

Have yet to see a single place / person selling for $400 or less. 

StockX is $445 for the cheapest size.  GOAT is even higher.  Same with FlightClub. 

Local consignment shops are selling them for $600+.   Local craigslist people are selling them for $500+ 
 
Any reputable site I can cop for creams for $450 or less? I don't want to hassle with potential fakes on Grailed, etc. Or if anyone has a 9.5 for a decent price, PM me.

size 8-11 are about 450 on stockx. best option for you right now.

Local Fb groups don't count. I've yet to see creams go under $450. Locks FB groups are just 16 year olds desperate to sell their pairs lol. I've also yet so see creams sold for "close to retail"

why wouldn't they count? because it's not from some cosignment shop that loves to charge resell prices or from goat/stockx that takes weeks to get your shoe?

I think it's more along the lines that not everyone has access to those prices so they shouldn't be included in a "market value" of the shoe

FB groups are also flooded with scammers and fake pairs. Get that nonsense outta here. FB doesnt count for anything in the calculation of what shoes are worth.

It's hilarious hearing people say resell sucks on the creams. That's how spoiled people are? That $150+ profit even after fees from GOAT and StockX is consider bad resell? [emoji]128514[/emoji] If a 60-68% return sucks to you, then you a lie.
