I think most Shoe Palace do "whatever size is left" raffles for Yeezy's. You don't pick a size. 

Southland SP just asked for name and number. I'm going to Oakridge today and I'll report back later. Best chance at SP is still their live raffles though. They aren't rigged. Everytime, I've gone to one, I've hit. Gamma Blues at Bascom (anniversary raffle  + Royal raffle), Royal 1's at Tully and Creams in Palo Alto. I've been very lucky of course but I have never won a single hyped in store raffle at SP in 5 years of seriously being in the sneaker game.
