Can you use more than 1 device? Like you have to use a Samsung device to buy the card. Can you use another Samsung device to buy another one, then pay with 2 devices.

You could probably could do that but I don't know too many people who walk around using more than one device I certainly don't

Best bets always are Yeezy Supply and Adidas US. People have been posting the past times YS has dropped. Problems are you need to Page Monitor, Twitter Alert the site or keep checking the Yeezy Thread. Have credit card info ready to autofill or cut and paste.

Anytime after 6 am PST (West Coast) for Adidas website is safe bet. You don't need to constantly refresh site cause as soon as Splash Page goes up, the World goes batsh*t. Based on numbers, ADC might take a while to sell out.
Use credit card guest checkout as first option, paypal last.

Clear web browser cookies and login to a Google service to help with captcha. Like to use multiple devices on wifi and cell service. If you through on a browser, copy/paste that web address to another tab and try copping another one.

A lot of posts and pages last couple days, but also some helpful suggestions by those in the know. Hopefully, some others will drop useful knowledge. Overnight Yeezy Thread is like Goodfellas. Man, I hope I don't pass out before launch on ADC. I get out of work at 7am from a 16 hour shift and going to do my best to stay up.
