I didn't go to the gym as much so I lost some muscle

clean bulk, eat healthy foods, but eat enough to where you get uncomfortable and can't eat anymore.
increase your strength training weight every 2 weeks, hit cardio about twice a week for 30-45 minutes.
you can take creatine or a protein supplement.. you'll be 175 by the end of the month lol.
