Air Jordan 1 Mid "New Love" - May 2017

Haven't been excited for a release till this one.
Hope to cop at Least 2 pairs, but I'll do with one.
Haven't seen anymore info.
 
I'll call footstores at the end of the week if we don't have any additional info. There's a couple preorder sites that have them for $250....I highly doubt that retail is even $160.

Damm pre orders for these I hope hype doesn't grow can't seem to pay resell for these.
Let's see how they play out.

zadehkick has them for 180 as preorder which is somewhat reasonable but these are not even hyped I'm hoping to just go in and out when these release.
 
Didn't even realize these were rereleasing till my friend told me. Still got the new loves so I'll be skipping this go round. Wish they used the OG mold with no jumpman
 
So I called a ****load of stores in the DFW metroplex and H-town stores in uptown and downtown and they don't know what I was talking about. So unless it's gonna be a QS then the order I placed with Atmos may mean a Japan exclusive for the meantime. The only fact I have is that a Atmos Customer Service rep telling me they will have the shoe later this month. So it is strange right now, but hold tight since Atmos is suppose to email me when the order is in stock so they can process the payment!
 
this is the Jordan 1 that made me realize I dislike the jumpman on the tongue and heel of the Jordan 1s. Had a couple packs, and sold them a year later. Did the same with all my Jordan 1s that had used the jumpman.

Too bad these didn't get the NA treatment.
 
They churn out so many trash AJ1 Highs - why not release this 'New Love' pair as a High?
 
They would not be New loves if they made it a high. It would be a black/yellow 1 OG. There releasing a reretro + the way they came out the first time.

as if respecting the original release mattered. it was terrible then and is terrible now.

I dont understand why these are a maize yet all their Michigan runs these days are amarillo.  I heard a rumor that Adidas trademarked their maize, so then why can these get away with it?
 
Sent Atmos another email if my order is still being saved since some of the sizes on Atmos' listing of the shoes are sold out. Hopefully we get an exact date of when they will have them in stock, would be crazy if these happen to become a Japanese exclusive.
 
Would be dope if released as an og high with same color blocking as the mids

Common sense tells me, these will not be mids. When was the last time they released a popular Air Jordan 1 colorway that wasn't a high?


And the Jordan 1 is also the only shoe that is being released in brand new colors with Nike branding.


They could re-release this color in it's original form (mid) and have no one care, or they could release them as highs, in "limited" numbers and hype up every nerd in the country. Your call, JB.
