Netflix looks like they got anothr hit...Burning Sands movie vol. Frat Hazing

My dad is an Iota but surprisingly we've never discussed Greek life. We're not very close.
OW~OW to  your dad. That would be a nice discussion to have with him especially when it comes to our fraternity since we're the youngest in the D9 and half of our founders are still alive.

Used to hit the frat parties for the ho's but dont know and wasnt interested in frats outside of the turn up...this movie basically told me about the lil i already knew

Uh yeah. After looking at injuries like this, I'm glad I didn't subject myself to this in college.

Warning, Pics are graphic

Dude I know in college *** bust open similarly to this while on line, according to his line bros.

All that to prove dedication? Nah son, I'm extra good on that.

Bizarre what our society does in the name of tradition. We keep archaic foundations and rituatuals in place even when it's readily apparent that such practices are impractical in nature.

It's 2017 folks, we complain about the ineptitude of our government and how public office is won and run, yet we got folks out here part of these societies.

How about this, how about instead of folks trying to be exclusive we start being inclusive? Yeah? Yeah....

Reminds me of that duck dynasty dude that caught flack for saying something like black people were happier during slavery and racism. The statement could've been worded better, but I'm sure blacks did stick together and look out for one another more than now. Now we're free and causing turmoil amongst one another, in hoods as well as colleges :smh:

ya'll dudes obviously aren't reading the entire post. i didn't say they were happier, but there was more camaraderie and less hate, anger and animosity within the race. That being said, no way in hell am i saying that we're better off in those times, obviously. Our circumstances are far greater, but our MENTALITY is what's screwed up now.

yeah right...

go back in time and ask the field ****** what they think about the house ****** and vice versa

Just like every other " what about black..." type you're completely missing the root of the issue then and now.

so nobody is going to answer what was the deal with Z pops?

Nobody answering because nobody knows for certain, it was left open for interpretation.

He clearly didn't want to speak to his father, probably some animosity there. He wanted to finish what his dad didn't, dude wanted to prove himself.

Funny part was that he was completely gucci without ever going Greek. Dude had a good head on his shoulders, a good chick and a professor who genuinely took interest in his success.

I WISH more teachers were like that.

Watched this on a whim last night. It was eh. I'll say one thing, I'd be fighting all them dudes slapping me upside the head like that. My personal principles object to that action, pledging or not.

His father dropped line back in the day for the same frat. He either dropped because he couldn't take the hazing, or he saw some **** that rubbed him the wrong way. He was trying to warn his son. But his son had a hard head and didn't make time to speak to him. When he decided to speak to him....it was too late
