is there an estimated time for when the fcfs will be? or is the element of surprise a factor here?
 
Thanks for your patience, everyone.  The FCFS launch details have been determined.

The hats will go on sale Saturday, April 15th at noon Eastern (9 AM Pacific) at Instyleshoes.com.

NKETLK t-shirts will also be available at that time.  

We should have about 50 hats available for purchase.  The price will be $75 for the hat, $25 for the t-shirt.  Domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail is included. 

The proceeds from these sales, minus only shipping costs, will be donated to:

The American Civil Liberties Union

The Equal Justice Initiative

The Natural Resources Defense Council

and 

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund

Online FCFS launches are always challenging, but the team at ISS is committed to delivering the smoothest release possible.  We greatly appreciate their partnership on this project, and Cap City's role in getting the hats themselves produced.

Think I'll try for shirt too.. but prob less than 100. Says there were as few as 13 in some sizes on 1st page.

We have more shirts than hats and the hat bundles were consistently going for well over $200 in our auctions.  Given all the chargeback fraud, it's also possible that we may need to require signature confirmation for the hat deliveries, and, since ISS offers free domestic shipping, that had to be built into the price. 

Due to the quantities involved, some people were going to be disappointed no matter what.  They would either be disappointed by the price or disappointed because they were sold out, and resellers were trying to gouge on eBay.

If money is to be made on these, we'd much rather it go to charity than resellers.

I don't have exact quantities for you, as, after the auctions concluded, some additional shirts were located and we're working to get those shipped to ISS in advance of this launch.  

The shirts we currently have are very unevenly distributed.  Supplies are particularly scarce in the smallest sizes.  Ideally, the additional shirts will help us supplement those sizes, but until they arrive and inventory is taken we won't know for sure. 

Off hand, I would expect small sizes to go fast, but XLs should hang around.  
 
Don't need the SnapBack aiming for that shirt since I've been wanting it for years now

Btw there really isn't any "resell" on the hats

Maybe the first run fitted which I saw plenty but the 2nd run was pretty decent, slightly above retail

Don't think people will be reselling snap backs but idk
