Heel sliding problem, Adidas King Push equipment running guidance

As the title suggests, I have a problem with the shoe. As I walk the shoe constantly slides up and down my heel, which is annoying as hell, and means the only way I can walk is by stomping. I am certain it's not a problem with the size, as I'm a UK 7, and so is my shoe. My friend has the same problem. Is there anyone else with this problem, and does anyone know a solution? Cheers!

I used to only use this when I am actually running, but I've started using this casually for ill fitting sneakers (adidas, Common Projects). Might cause little creasing/buckling around top of the shoe but it really improves fit and reduces heel sliding.
