Didn't see a thread for this.

Bought the game on Tuesday but been so busy with work and school that I only just cleared the prologue/tutorial and am on like the first story quest.

Will say this: I think I've been playing for all of 1.5 hours and I already feel like I'll enjoy it more than FFXV :smh:

For those unaware, Horizon is basically an open-world action RPG where you hunt robo-dinosaurs with a bow and arrow.

The game is fun so far. I like the bow and hunting/gathering mechanic. And the graphics are mind-blowing--maybe the best on the PS4 right now?

On mobile and too lazy to post trailers/gameplay videos

No spoilers please. Use tags.

a lot of discussion on this game is in the ps thread. Just fyi

Yeah I prefer a new thread be created for new AAA games tho.

That way the discussion can be solely about the game and not have to compete with other console/game discussions in the same thread.

Also for massive open world games with a large focus on story like this and FFXV, a separate thread would probably be better

I'm at level 8 so far loving it ...gotta put more time into it this weekend.

Got so many questions about the story but will wait until it unfold for me.

FFXV was such a disappointment for me. I ran through the main story and didn't really bother with all of the side questing. Maybe I'll re-visit the game after some DLC drops and chapter 13 gets its changes.

As for HZD, this game is a gem. I'm level 10 and just doing the few beginning quests when you get out of the first main area. The story and lore of this world really draw you in and I don't mind going through all of the dialogue options with NPCs. I love just roaming around and exploring and having day turn to night. This is a game, just like TW3, where I won't mind taking my time, taking in everything and seeing what the game has to offer.
