L/C on 99' Bred 4 - Need second opinion

So I recently purchased these off eBay and I am confident they are legit, but I just want second opinions from NT. 

I messaged the seller for a picture of the size tag, but he was taking too long to respond so I had to pull the trigger due to the price, condition, and size. Way too good to pass up.

I guess I am just looking for some peace of mind so any help would be appreciated!
 
Pic of size tag, ? then easy confirmation.  Everything else looks good.

Waiting on that picture still. I already paid for these and everything and this guy hasn't even shipped lol.
