Is not giving a tip bad

Servers should just pull themselves up by their bootstraps and get a better job. Pretty simple.

It's interesting that when a republican politician says essentially the same thing about the labor force, those of us on the left are making noise about govt programs and tax cuts for the rich, etc.

But at the same time it's the same people on the left that's quick to tell a labor force they deem "inferior" to pull themselves by the bootstraps and get a better job.

I can't be the only one that sees the irony here.

you are not the only one....

not a generous tipper, imma tip 6 on a 80 so **** on

all i ask for is NORMAL SERVICE

i dont need all the *** kissin, and checkin on me every 2 minutes

just dont disappear for 30 minutes, and get my orders right, thats all i ask

most of the time that dont happen even at expensive places

it aint even manual labor like that to be gettin tipped crazy, idc how much they get paid, that aint the only job in the world

the mf at home depot who just loaded the soccer moms 8 50lb bags of top soil dont get tipped into her van dont get tipped at all just because he make minimum wage, maybe a little more, because he did his job

so why tf should waiters and waitresses get paid 40 on a 200 bill if they doin a light weight job?
I too just want my food at a respectable amount of time. I don't want to hear about your kids, or make a personal connection with you, just bring me my drinks and my food
Do u guys tip bartenders?
I usually just round up the tab, so kinda on average 5-10
Serving jobs are a gamble. Take it on the chin and move on, too many jobs out there to be *****ing about your own.
Pretty much, you know the path you chose so don't ask me to mow the grass so your walk is easier

I was being sarcastic, i thought i was laying it on pretty thick
