When it comes to the NBA, too many people are like Tony Kornheiser, throwing out needless gimmicks on a daily basis.

The Jerry West Logo, 82 games and 48 minutes games are great as is. A league feels cheap if it is also changing up its basic rules and iconography. NBA, don't be like the XFL.
