Hasn't progressed and still isnt an average starter. Also, he would've been making more money than the starter by a good amount. If the bills dont pick him up, he might be back on the cheap. But our safety depth is horrible, we'll probably be big time players for Pryor if he is cut

Carr can be a bottom half QB in the eyes of all NFL analysts, changes nothing about what happens on the field. So long as he continues to play at the level he has the past couple of seasons and get even better from there I'll be happy.
