Then that brings its own set of potential problems..

Unless you set up some hidden cameras.. but then that depends on which state your in an ability to record others and the admissibility of same in any proceedings

You don't even have to smash on camera. Before you leave the bar or wherever you're at publicly tell her I'm going to need you to state on camera that we're heading to my spot to get it in and it's 100% consensual.

If she refuses then she doesn't even make it to the hotel. These dudes have to much to lose not to take that precaution. Don't ever think with your J Jonah Jameson or get so smashed your off your game with randoms.

Not once. I've always been uneasy around new chicks. I won't even smash a chick who's been drinking I've never smashed before. That's another thing these dudes gotta avoid. Smashing chicks who are twisted. It also helps to have real friends around to assist in avoiding these situations while out parting and drinking.

I'd go to the opener. More lit. The last game of the season players may be out due to injury or they could be out of the playoff race so it won't be as lit.
