Chickenwop has been established as a fake seller recently. However, one thing he still remains, is a someone who shows early previews of shoes(though his shoes are not real themselves). He recently revealed a Air Jordan 2 which is a retro version of one of the first ever PE colorways MJ wore before famous PEs such as the black concord 11s. There is no RD yet but I'm excited. Aside from the blue hits at the ankle collar, these are an exact copy of the OG Chicago 2 we have yet to see drop in its OG form.

Hm. That bit of blue looked nice on the original pair but I'm not sure how much I'd actually want a release version.

Interested in seeing what becomes of this.

I want to make a comment about the shape but I'd reserve it for now since the pairs that released last year had a better shape than that early pic.

There's something about pics of MJ in shoes that sways my opinion of that shoe. When I first saw the initial pics in the top of the thread, I thought "wow... Carolina blue IIs. Who cares?" Then I scrolled down further and saw pics of a young Jordan in a OG of the same shoe, Now I feel like these are something I might be interested in.


For those who would call me a good hypebeast of a different kind, I'll accept that. I'm a MJ fan first, over all other things. I was a Jordan fanatic before I could even afford shoes.




Fix the shape of the shoe, JB. Why is every other retro in "OG" form, expcpt the IIs?

2s shape is fine, early fakes always look off. Look at the wing it 2s

I don't understand why the 2s keep getting HORRIBLE themes. Wing it..radios..now these..damn just drop the og and let us feast

These are an OG PE! You want to get on the others go right ahead, but don't bunch thesee together with the other crap you listed.

did the OG have that writing on the back?;if not then these are simply just a tribute and NOT the PE

I'm buying regardless, I love the Chicago 2 and almost bought the Wing It 2s because they look so close.
