Maybe its just me but if I bump into a lady and see visible damage was done regardless who was at fault I would try to assist the lady and make it right. Sounds like the crazy talk started after he refused to pay up.

For all of y'all in who aren't informed, racism is much more deeper and recent in ZA than in the states. ZA is a truly fragile place with layers of complexity. The apartheid was a very, very messed up thing that ruined generations. What's messed up is that little is being done to make up for the atrocity. Look at other Cape Town new clips from the past December from where students who are living in townships(100x worse that the projects we have in the states) were rioting because they're just trying to get an education and school is pricing them out. Let alone the whole country had it as law that blacks weren't allowed to get a fair education so that they can grow up to be workers for the whites. Some may say it's overkill(no pun intended), racist incidents that were reversed happened like this all the time, in OUR lifetime. Read more into the history of ZA before you pass judgment based on what you think you know. It's a lot of layers to racism and hatred in ZA

I've actually done it this year...knocked a girl's eggs out of her hand due to incidental contact during a hug, walked her to the nearest store to buy a dozen.
might have been her fault, might have been mine, but $2 made it like it never happened.
therefore, I can see an "extreme" scenario where a birthday cake or something might take a tumble and there's no tape to review to see whose fault it was.
