Last I heard was that he's aware and his memories have mostly returned. He had some slight paralysis on one side but that has gone away. He'll likely never be cleared to wrestle again.

I still haven't watched that match. I really like Shibata and the idea that it could have been his last match makes me feel strange.

That was the stiffest match I've seen in years.
 
Some one post the Bo Dallas gif where he's running around the ring and knocks over the guy....gets me everytime :lol:
