Should check out Nakameguro if the cherry blossoms are still popping. Tokyo Skytree is dope too, amazing view.
Make sure you check out Arashiyama when you go to Kyoto, I would also got to Nara to check out the deer and cherry blossoms. Day trip to Osaka from Kyoto is worth it for checking out Dontonburi.
Should check out a baseball game too, I never went in Japan but been to one in Korea and it's a dope experience because of the crowd.
