Air Jordan 3 X Fragment Design in the works?

Have you seen these floating around the internet? While a few sites saying this as it is set in stone I´m still taking this info with a grain of salt but want to know what you guys think.

The concept is the same as with the 1: take a classic cw, repalce the red with blue, add the logo.

Would be awesome if real but sure looks like a photoshop job to me...
