Hell of a lead off hitter and centerfielder. So close to winning a WS and an SB as a starter....closer than anyone will ever come most likely.

What I'm pointing out clearly is that the original color way of white, black, red and GOLD was also in reference to the BRAVES color way as there was NO GOLD in the Falcon's uniform and the Diamond Turf (with both references to football and baseball in the name) was advertised with him playing baseball yet the title of this thread indicates its a Falcon's color way alone which it is not

I was referring to the population as a whole. He's remembered for being a great football player with little to no acknowledgement of his baseball career.

Yea you are right, he rarely gets any acknowledgement on the baseball end but did some great stuff. Nike definitely did a better job of marketing Bo then they did Deion for sure IMO

I agree with this... had the OG's in 95 & the 2005 retro & now i have the 2017s it didn't bother me as much as i thought it would end up doing so.

JJ came thru. Ended up returning the flawed first pair that they shipped me.
Overall I can honestly say that I am happy w/ this sneaker even though NIKE has decided to replace some of its classic logo's.
Was on my way to purchase my tickets for the Tupac bio-pic over the weekend...Spotted a dude standing outside of his apartment w/ his dog.
On his feet were these Diamond Turfs looking box fresh...Just a random story I thought I would share.
