True, but the rockets 3pt shooting has been abysmal the entire series. The series really came down to decision making and FTs
Houston role players still played great though while Russ role players would have a few moments.

Russell Westbrook is at the absolute peak of his prime. This won't last long, so you basketball fans enjoy it while you can.
Westbrook's style of play, which is one high-fly act after another, is not designed to withstand the rigors of longevity. All it takes is one Derrick Rose type fall and it's goodnight irene.
Those legs and those hops, with Russ' style of play, will last 4-5 more years, tops. I don't see Russ' game evolving after he realizes he can no longer push himself like he used to.

Just trying to give shotsrangout some perspective.
I know this, my folks are 60 and they never got to a place in life where they could "chill" and kick back, they are only now reaching that point. I look at my situation several time daily with thanks because, I know how hard life can be and not everybody is "blessed" the same way, and I give thanks for what I have.
I only wish my folks had the time and life I do, when they were my age nah mean.
It's not a bragging expedition it's just, maybe dude is looking at things kind of backwards.

Vince Carter had a multi-faceted offensive game. He could post up, he could go forward, backward, side ways, and could attack at different speeds.I **** on Russ....but dude is one of the best athletes ever.
He'll be able to play at an elite to good level for at least another 5-6 years. He's that talented and that athletic.
There's a reason why Vince carter is still productive at 40.
Westbrook, on the other hand, only has one speed and that's 200 mph. Russ is 28 now, but will be well into retirement by the time he's 40-41. I say he's done by the age of 36.
