From what I see it gets into a pointless splitting of atoms if he never officially advertised or said “this is my song featuring 2Pac”
All of the things that lets you know its Pac are from the context of being a rap fan (Killuminati Thugs etc Snoop House of Blues) not actually him saying this is my song with Tupac
Maybe people think this is Mopreme or Afeni behind this which is why they want this to work lol

Yes you can sue for any reason
They simply want him to take the “Pac voice” off the song which is why they sent the letter to him first. Now if he’s truly not “profiting” from it then it shouldn’t be a issue to remove the voice

I am in no way a Drake fan and am a complete Kendrick stan, and I would have declared Drake the victor of this if he would have actually released a soul diss track. This is fantastic. It's like a reverse Chris Brown, like "oh, this guy can actually sing", though I don't think it could actually pull it off even as well as the person who did this version.
