A better list would be top local hood spots for each state. Can't speak for the North, but I know in Southern Cali, Tams would most likely get our vote.

i think thats what ppl domt get about in n out. Its not the best burger you will ever have, but for the price you wont get a better burger. Plus its always consistent as hell, good ingredients, and outstanding customer service.
