LeBron III (3) squishy noise.....zoom popped?

Decided to break out my bron 3s today and as I'm walking to the car the first thing I noticed is the front half of the lateral side is separating from the outsole on the left foot. No biggie.


But then after some time I hear squish squish every step I take. Should I be concerned? Is that a result of the separation and more space/air in the actual outsole? Or did I just experience popped zoom insole?

It sounds like the zoom popped. Considering that the IIIs are 11-12 years old, they still usually hold up. I still see people wearing them every now and again.
