Hit and run on my vehicle, scratches..no dent. PICS

Hard to tell from the pics how much is paint transfer vs how much is paint that has been scraped off your car. At least some of it looks to be transfer. If a lot of it is paint transfer you can start with a non aggressive paint cleansing lotion, and if that doesnt work go to a mild polish and then if that still fails a more aggressive polish.

While a magic eraser may work it will likely leave horrible marring on your paint which would then have to be polished out. Magic eraser is basically like very fine sand paper.

If it is paint that has come off your car you could try some touch up paint or Dr. Color chip but it depends how picky you are with how it looks which may require a repaint.

Here is a good article on paint transfer removal:

So.... my friend leased a car from chevy and got in an accident. I guess he had some type of insurance thru the leasing company where they just gave him another car similar to his while they fixed it then gave him back his car. He didn't have to go thru his auto insurance at all. Maybe Honda has same protection?

Someone hit my truck recently and I called GEICO because I couldn't find my deductible on my app and they told me they cancelled my full coverage insurance 2 months prior because I never took the truck to a mechanic for them to walk around the truck for 2 minutes to tell them if it had any visible issues. They only sent me one email asking to get an inspection and I didn't have a clue it was that important. I went to get the inspection and of course now they won't cover the dent because I didn't have collision inauruance at the time. I tried to get a rush on the processing because I was scared to drive a vehicle that has a loan and no full coverage. They had me send the receipt to some email address and said it could be processed by midnight. I call the next day and they said this wasn't true and it was going to take 3-5 days. I called on the 4th day and still nothing so I just left GEICO and went back to progressive.

Long story short OP ..

1. Try the home remedies posted
2. Pay your deductible, get it fixed
3. Take the L move on, deal with it when the lease is up

You can get the exact matching paint from Honda. It's only $10-$14 a tube. I can tell where I've applied the paint, but no one else notices.
