How healthy are you?...VOL....HEALTH

On some real **** now, I love to eat. Pizza, tacos, burgers+fries, etc.

I love sweets. Hence the row of thin mints I ate earlier. Today is an off day.

But 4-5, sometimes even 6 out of 7 days now I'm pretty locked in with gym, eggs/avocado toast, fruit, fish, oatmeal, multiple veggie servings, greek yogurt etc.

At a healthy weight but I'm trying to get another 10 or so off.

I also haven't really drank or :smokin in close to a month now.

Doctor was impressed with my heart rate last I went for a checkup 9 months ago. Asked me if I was an athlete and told me I had a swimmer's heart. I don't play sports by the way...

....it's the Ganja :nthat:
 
I don't go to the dr as often as I should. I need to check on things like cholesterol and blood pressure.

But yeah...to be on topic I eat like a mad man love all types of food eat fast food on the regular more so than home cooked meals..crazy metabolisim coupled with the munchies from smokin is a recipe for disaster. Im 5'11 and about 155 lbs...36 never had a check up/physical at the doctors.
 
I need a meal plan. Maybe lower carbs. I know someone has one for a bigger cat such as myself :nerd:
 
I don't really follow a meal plan other than reducing portions but I will say be ready to phase out soda and other "sweet" drinks.
 
I'm up and down with my physique. I don't eat healthy at all. My blood pressure and sugar levels are fine for now tho. I need to go back on my low carb tip. Carbs are gonna be the death of me.

I'm relatively healthy, but I fall of my exercising everytime I come back from a trip or traveling. I usually have a trip planned every month, whether it's weekend road trip or flight.



But I eat alot of home cooked healthy meals, my GF can throw down int he kitchen.

I never drink soda, never eat fast food, try to avoid processed foods. I usually get sick once a year (catch a cold) , but bounce right back :smokin

Scheduled my Dr. Visit, no major issues.
 
Not really. Thicker, richer and less carbonated I'd say.

But I haven't had soda in like a decade so I might be wrong.
