How healthy are you?...VOL....HEALTH

30, mostly vegan (not a general foodie, so its super easy to me), pretty lean, used to work out 4-5x a week until a few months ago. Havent had a real check up since I was like 15.

Although I've seen a lot of family with failing health, I've been pretty good physically.

Mentally, i suffer from severe depression and Bi Polar II disorder, but being creative, loved ones and the ganja keeps me afloat

26, mostly pescatarian, workout 6 days a week. Best shape of my life. Eat healthy 6 days a week but pig out once a week to stay sane.
 
Dudes keep thinking they're healthy but haven't seen a doctor in ages and have no idea what their vitals and levels are. Don't assume because you feel and look fine, get the receipts.

especially if you have health insurance, that stuff is pretty much covered. when i was younger, i kept putting that off.


workout about 5x/wk
eat fairly healthy, cutting back on meat
have a couple "cheat meals" every wk, but for the most part, i avoid a lot of the junk food. snacking is my weakness :smh:
did my normal physical and blood work
cholesterol could be lowered a little more, but still in good range
vit d could be higher, but i live in SF, which is normal for most residents

talking about health just don't focus on your physical state

mental and spiritual **** even financial wellness is very important in the overall grand scheme of things.
 
I'm good. Knock out 10 air squat & 25 push up on sight. Can bust a nizzut off top as well
 
also try to sneak in some squatting during the day and not just lay around/sit (we do that enough)

How long does the stomach bug stick around for? I went to Jersey over the weekend for a bachelor party and went pretty hard with the junk food and booze. I went to the Dr. and he thought it was my appendix, but after CT scan, blood and urine, everything came back negative. I've had the gurgles and mild abdominal pain for like 4 days

In decent shape. Workout 3-4 times a week. Drink nothing but water, coffee and whisky. Diet is ok, though.
