Charcoal too light, banana shape and bad jumpman. It was worse for us actually buying shoes back in 2010 because 9s were normal including the powder blue, then these 9s started and are still going

Yeah i still have my charcoals and powders from 2010 in nds condition so im good. But I did hate that powders and couple other pairs had the og midsole and charcoals, citrus didn't. The thing I hate the most is now the AJ9 is cut smaller to me since the barons in 2014. I have to get sz 12.5 now and even then some pairs are narrow in the toebox and pinches my pinky toe. With that said I'm not buying any more 9's until I can fit a size 12 comfortably again.

I don't hate the 2010 release. But in hand they never had og feel/look to them. These were big deal to me then. Now they are just another jordan. This is a big deal, at least to me if they can match the original as close as possible. For some reason after the uni blues, which were bad in their own right, they changed things. Really hope they are gonna do these correct.

You might be right unfortunately. If not however, they could be a clean colorway if they are predominantly black and white with a gold jumpman and gold 23

I don't own a single pair of 9s from 2010-present. I passed on retros 2011-2014 due to horrible og retros. I agree with you brotha.
It seems that zsneakerheads think the charcoals are dropping too.

Banana toe is an epidemic in Jordan Brand releases. They did my XVs dirty.

I hope these have the cracked nubuck like the OG. That was on the OG Charcoal 9s and Playoff 8s. They added it on the 2007 playoff 8s but that was it. Even if they have don't fix this jumpman, that cracked nubuck is definitely a redeeming touch
