Video implies her mom was one of those strict Mothers. And they're in the Bible Belt....

My Mom is a Municipal Court Judge, and surprisingly this is actually very common.

Her Court has thrown out about 40 cases this year cause the accused was able to produced evidence (home security videos, or hidden camera - lots of guys hide a cell phone in a shoe box or light fixture which is smart).

Most of the time though, the guys rep is already permanently smeared and if it does get mention, it's like a 2 paragraph story in the back of the newspaper.

Only if the girl has been in an actual psychiatric facility, drug rehab or criminal record does the guy have a chance of getting off. Or if there's an unusual status disparity (Wealthy White Guy + Ghetto Blk Girl)

There should be a panel of judges. For all know that judge could've set someone up earlier in her life and had some leniency/bias towards her. Slap in the face to the guy. 90k does not make up for 4 years. She should get minimum 20 years.

Mockeries of the law like these make me glad I didn't go to law school. If I was the attorney that lost, I probably would've gotten contempt of court.

Their rationale was so flawed :smh: if someone comes forward and admits any other crime they won't judge them like that.

Trying to get that judge's logic but nah. 4 years in jail and a ruined reputation is no joke, plus the long fight to have it truly expunged. This is disgusting.
 
Homie better sue everybody. Especially that chick. Shorty only gotta pay 90K back like that's what 4 years is worth, **** outta here.

Stuff like like hurts me to see man. It could happen to anyone of us! My man almost got caught in a situation like that before

Thank goodness it didn't get crazy like this story
