Do you guys wear you ultra boost/nmd to the gym?

Dumb question, but I have a pair of triple whites and triple blacks for casual wear. Just got back into the gym after an injury and need some gym shoes. I'm considering wearing them.

Ultraboosts sometimes just for lifting arms when I just want something comfortable to wear, but NMD's are strictly casual shoes for me...they don't have **** for support.

What about when doing cardio?

I wear ultra boosts every day for lifting. The most comfortable shoes, never looking back.

Would recommend.

I mean they're comfortable as hell, they would be fine for cardio I'm sure but I'd rather wear some Nike Frees for running and not wear out the Boost in my UB's

I only walk in my UB's but I don't think they will fare well for anything involving squatting or lateral movement. I asked the guys from the Boost thread to chime in.

Nmd's are better for lifting cause its a flatter sole.
Eh they're alright but any shoe with a compressive sole like boost isn't the best.

Converse are the best all around for lifting

For cardio nmd's don't offer much support because of the reason Picasso said, they're flat. You're better off with some free runs or some ultra boosts

Had boost shoes but never wore them to gym. Too soft to do any serious lifting.

Get some nike metcons. You won't regret them.
