Whats up Fellas,

I'm going to LA next month 6/8-6/11 for me and my girls birthday, and wanted to get some suggestions on things to do.  I'll have my 16 month old and mother in-law with me so keep that in mind lol.  I've got a couple places on my list food wise: Little Jewel of New Orleans, Daves Famous Burgers, Bludso's BBQ and Howling Rays (highly doubt due to the wait).

As for things to do besides eating i have the griffith observatory, doing a dodgers game Friday night, Santa Monica Pier, and Venice Beach.  Want to go out Friday and Saturday night  somewhere chill for drinks without the kid and mom in-law but don't know where.

Forgot to add i'll be staying in silver lake/Echo Park area about 2 miles from Dodger stadium.  With that being said i am going to a Friday night game, is it ok to drive since im only 2 miles away or should i get an uber or something?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Whenever i'm in LA in always go to a Jimmy Kimmel live taping. Santee Alley downtown is pretty cool too.

that's my birthday weekend :pimp:

come turn up with your boy.

Howling Rays (highly doubt due to the wait).

is it just you 4? are you going to be with any friends or fam? visit their website: https://www.howlinrays.com/ and pre-order your meal. you need at least 10 orders and they'll set you up for pick-up right before they open (to the public). you just have to swing by and pick up the food - or eat there :smokin :smokin

Yeah just us 4 so we wouldn't have enough for pre-order but good looking out.  I'll be staying in silver lake area.

might as well check out philippes while you in chinatown, dim sum spots like won kok or yangchow for some chinese food. little jewel get the big M :pimp: or the po'boy

go to east la and check out cincos puntos and get some tacos.

just try to get to the game around 530p to avoid traffic and itll be fireworks night so you should stay as late as possible to avoid the headache getting out.

If you're gonna be in chinatown, I recommend Baohaus LA (Eddie Huang second location). Its right next to Howlin' Rays.

Feel free to DM me if you need more info. on LA.

Might want to check out Oinkster in Eagle Rock, thats mid Burger week though and it could be a little crazy.

Definitely check out 14th factory in Lincoln Heights. They have the installation of the bedroom from 2001 space odyssey but you can see everything in about an hour.

Brunch at commissary in Ktown @ the Line Hotel. Or if you want to grab KBBQ you can go to Manna in Little Tokyo then walk across the street the 82(Arcade and pinball bar) and jump to a couple different breweries.

If you're not coming from NY definitely check out Smorgasburg Sunday morning downtown.

I'll let you know if I think of anything else, it's actually my birthday weekend too
