Street Names That Are Bad Areas in Every Town

Just thought of this, there's just some street names that are bad areas no matter what city I'm in. What do you think? Here's the ones I can think of:

College Ave.
Broadway
Elm St.

There was just a drive by on Elm St. over here that gave me the idea to start this thread :lol:
 
Anything MLK is a area where u should stay away from.

Yup or any neighborhood with "village" in it that's in the city limits :lol:

It's funny cuz riding on the actual mlk street in my city ain't bad, but once u make a turn off it it's another story :lol:
