Notorious BIG Brooklyn mural coming down? SMH. Update: it's staying!

I didn't say he made garbage, he's just not THAT good. now, carry on. I WISH some of y'all weren't so invested in these dudes, but hey we don't always get what we want [emoji]127998[/emoji]‍♂️
Sole by the tears [emoji]128546[/emoji][emoji]128546[/emoji] lol y'all old dudes emotionally invested in these rappers  :smh:

Facts of life.

Also... Freddie Gibbs :pimp:

Freddie Gibbs >>> Arizona Tea.

Does biggie even have 100 songs?

Died at age 24

Guess how old Jazzy was when he dropped Reasonable Doubt.

Edit: The rhymes Jazzy bit wouldn't count as his writings so I wouldn't give him full credit for any of those.

What was the point of this?

Either way, the number of songs he's made doesn't matter. Why is comprehension so difficult for you?

You want to talk about invested while singing the same song every time BIG is mentioned and even when he's not.

Y'all are really not playing

lol it's ironic u say I'm playing dumb cuz we already discussed this in other threads. I'm not gonna spell it out for you every time  you ask the SAME thing every time

What do I ask "every time"? Why comprehension is so difficult for you?

Applicable

And I don't think you're playing. I've stated that clearly. There goes that comprehension again.....

So there is nothing you can possibly spell out for me.

Those are great shots.

Canon 5d Mark 2 and 3. Those are all 24mm or 50mm. Shooting rappers are at least easier than say rocker stars. Their movement is minimal and you can at least get some shots with no motion blur.

I will say one thing about Biggie, his radio songs to underground songs are equally good. Not a lot of rappers can do that like say even Nas. One thing I think too is if Biggie as alive during the 2000s era, he would have put out some goofy stuff which would have changed his career a lot. That was when pop rap was really in and everyone's catalog had a Neptune beat or a Timbaland one. Puffy would have totally went awol with Biggie and made tons of pop beats for him.

LOL @ AZ outshining Nozz on every track they've done together
beans kills jay on every track though.......
jay got killed by boo and gotti on fiesta remix
ja rule killed j on can i get a
even amid killed him and he wrote her verse
jay a bum

I saw the Roots on New Years Eve in SF. They did a 2 and a half hour set. I only wish they did more of their old stuff but I don't think that jazz stuff will fly in a large audience. I've seen Jay life but at the Justin and Jay-Z tour. My girl is a millennial so it made sense but large arena concerts are really not that fun. I am more of a small venue guy myself.

I tried for 2 years to go a lot of hip-hop concerts to shoot photos.

Very nice pics. My list of small venue shows is too long to list, but KRS-1 and De La Soul are up there. Same for Mobb Deep.

To this point, I'd say a BIG rhymes with early Kanye production would have been amazing. Idk about goofy stuff, I still think he was too clever of a rapper for that. Even if it was to be "goofy" it would still be undeniable. Look at what he did with Puff's idea of rapping over pop and r&b samples. Big wasn't feeling any of that, he just wanted rough and raw beats. Then look at what he did to Juicy, which he didn't want to do

See this is what I'm talking about.

I don't know if you're lol'ing at the idea of AZ outshining Nas on every track they were on together or lol'ing cuz you actually believe AZ outshines Nas on every track.

I'm saying though
outshining and complimenting are 2 different things
they both compliment each other nicely on every track they're on together

If there's one thing I'm learning from Handulz exposing himself in regards to hip hop, eracism, and this guy is they are super corny with the jokes.

Makes me wonder how they grew up discussing rap with friends.

It was straight roast sessions in the music forum golden years.
