Why don't they just release that colorway with the Air Max Plus platform

These don't look terrible though.

Bleh, no. I like most of the hybrids, but this isn't one of them. By putting the '97 sole on the AM+ upper, you lose that jeweled wave thingy which,I think, is an essential part of the look of the AM+. PASS...

You missed them the 4 or 5 times they were out before?

My first pair of sneakers when I actually started looking more deep into the entire scene were those Pluses. But that was years and years ago. When was thelast time they dropped?

i had the grey/wht-blue scheme... they should just release the ones that are almost guaranteed to sell well... the originals... but they look comfy

Yes, the day right before I made this thread was the day Foot Locker recieved them which was also the day I saw them. Check the date on the first postand whatever the day before that was is the date (Saturday). I've only seen them at Foot Locker though, and I believe that Foot Lockers (and some smallerstores) are the only ones to get Air Max Plus' in the US.

Nike can get away with some of the other hybrid combos, but this one does not work at all for me. There are always some people who will buy them, just likethere is always someone who will buy butt ugly cars, but the air max plus looks much better in its original form in my opinion.

My local Footlocker in Gary, IN has had these for a week and half. This is surprising as we usually don't receive these types of shoes.

my footlocker has both colors, the all white leather regular AM plus's and all black mesh AM plus's.

I'm going out there tomorrow to probably buy the white/navy 97/plus if they're like I think they are and the all black mesh AM plus if I feel like it.I'll take pics no matter what and post tomorrow so we have something to go off of.

(the guy I talked to said they're mesh BTW) Don't forget this is F and F weekend, sale ends tomorrow, and these are included in the sale so you maywanna check it out for yourselves as well.
